I recently started to shift my circadian rhythm from night owl into early riser. Now I manage to consistently wake up at 4AM–which I admit really extremely hard to do, but it allow me to create really useful space for myself to plan the day.
If you are one of those person that would like to try to wake up early, then these are some things that I learn can be useful to make me able to wake early in the next day:
- Put your screen off at 9PM.
- Visualize. While you close your eyes, imagine yourself wake up tomorrow at 4AM, feel fresh and as strong as mountain, ready to kick the day. This would help brain to prepare the morning.
- Drink water first.
